The Club's philosophical model has been to systematically and carefully add teams until we have but one team at each age level. We choose to be a small, select and elite Club, filling a specific niche among clubs in the Gateway Region. We believe that "bigger" is not always "better." We promote an atmosphere wherein we are a "Club" in the best sense of that word, and not merely a collection of teams that share the same club name. We accomplish this goal by, among other things, having our players practice and perform fitness training together, wear the same uniform, pay the same Club fee, use similar equipment, participate in scorekeeping and officating clinics together, and stay in the same hotel when we travel,
