Welcome

Welcome to the St. Louis Powerhitters Volleyball Club website.  We trust  that it will prove informative and useful. Materials are continuously updated. Established in 2005, the 2017-18  season will be our 13th as a Club, making us one of the oldest and most stable within the Gateway Region. We participate in The Gateway League, the Region's premier volleyball showcase, and routinely in the Girl's Festival, Regional Championships, the Bid Event, National Qualifiers, and National Championship events (USA Volleyball, ASICS, Junior Volleyball Associations).

News of a general Club nature may be found at the Club News & Events link. Team-specific information, such as rosters, and player photographs and profiles, may be found on that Team's home page. All major events and deadlines are placed on the Calendar link, and the website is updated daily.

We cordially invite you to return often for updated information....Kevin Nelson, Club Director

The website is updated as of 7:36 a.m. on November 22, 2017.

Club to Play at 2018 ASICS National Championships on Navy Pier, Chicago

The Club has entered its teams into the Championships June 15-17 (14's-17's) and June 18 & 19 (13's). In a statement, Club Director Kevin Nelson announced that, "The Club believes that the Chicago tournament offers our players, parents, and coaches a more family-friendly volleyball experience than USA Volleyball's Detroit June 25-July 4 event. The travel is less demanding, the tournament entry fee is lower, and the timing is better suited for our players, parents, and coaches. The Club last played on the Pier in 2012, and we are excited about returning to this very competitive tournament. Chicago has numerous attractions that we believe will make this event a memorable experience for Club members both on and off the court."

The ASICS tournament caps the 2017-18 season. Other Club events are listed on the Tournaments link
